(Independently) qualifying professional organization:
Membership of an independently qualifying professional organization qualifies for registration in the LRGD.
These organizations have Disciplinary Law and a Code of Conduct. Members are obliged to follow permanent education.
Other professional organizations:
Membership of 'other professional organization' (Overige Beroepsorganisaties) does not qualify for registration by itself, and is only mentioned to inform about the activities of the expert.
Regulation Small Specializations:
The LRGD has the Regulation Small Specializations (Regeling Kleine specialisaties). Experts admitted under this regulation have a field of expertise for which no professional organization exists.
