Based on its articles of association the LRGD has disciplinary regulations. The Council for Disciplinary Proceedings is authorised to take cognizance of any complaint concerning conduct conflicting with the Code of Conduct by experts exercising their task in assignment of a judge, unless other disciplinary rules or regulations is applicable.

Rob Meijer has been practising as a lawyer at AKD since September 1973. He works within the Construction & Real Estate practice group, and specialises in arbitrations, binding opinions, and mediations. He is an arbitrator with the Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI). Rob is a member of the Construction Law Association (VBR) and the Society of Construction Law Lawyers (VBR-A). Since October 2012 he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the Netherlands Bar Association in the district of Rotterdam, and he was elected the President of this district in October 2014.

Jurgen Vermeulen is practising as a lawyer and partner at Ten Holter Noordam Advocaten in Rotterdam. He is regularly appointed by the District Courts as chairman of a team of experts to issue advice on compensation in expropriation cases.
